On the August 2nd election, you’ll be voting for three county commissioners. In some districts, only three candidates qualified so they’re essentially set to win. But for other districts, you’ll have upwards of five or six people to choose from. As part of our election coverage, we’ll be interviewing those commission candidates to help you make the best choice possible.
With this episode, I talk with John Thorpe, who’s running for a commission seat in district two. We talk about his past service as commissioner, his vision for a smaller, transparent government, and his work on several infrastructure committees.
