City Alderman with Rachael Martinez

We’ve got a full slate of candidates for alderman, where you’ll be choosing three on your election ballot. Since Alderman Shelton is resigning, the top four candidates with the most votes will get seats on the board. So it’s really important to get out and vote, especially where the vote margins between candidates come down to the dozens of votes rather than hundreds or thousands.

In this episode, you’ll hear from Rachael Martinez, who’s running for alderman. We talk about her first run for public office, why athletics are important for our community, and her vision for Fayetteville.
